Remodeled Homes Tour presented by the Remodelors Council™ of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties. To better assist you with the tour we have listed some of the commonly asked questions.
Where will the Remodeled Homes Tour take place?
The Remodeled Homes Tour features homes in Seattle, Bellevue, New Castle, Mercer Island, Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland and Des Moines.
Where can I buy tickets?
The Remodeled Homes Tour is free. Donations are being accepted at each home and will be given to the charity of the homeowner or remodeler's choice (see each home for details).
How will I be able to find the homes on the tour?
During the weekend of the tour, directions to each location will be available on this website. Ticket passports, which include addresses of and driving directions to the tour homes, are currently available at all Dunn Lumber locations, at Chown Hardware and at each tour home during the tour.
What are the Remodeled Homes Tour Dates? The tour takes place Saturday, Oct. 17 and Sunday, Oct. 18 from
10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Can I attend the tour on both days?
YES! We want to ensure you have time to inspect the workmanship of these quality projects.
Tour Rules
1. Booties will be provided at each home - they must be worn in all homes. This means shoes off and booties on (no booties over shoes will be permitted)
2. Carpool if possible, parking may be limited.
3. No strollers - children must be carried at all times (no hard backpack carriers).
4. No food or drink in the homes.
5. No photography of any kind (still or video) allowed.
6. No pets.
