This session will discuss your rights and responsibilities mandated by Washington dig law RCW 19.122. The presenter is Don Evans - Executive Director of WA 811 since 1999. He is a member of the original common ground alliance best practices group and of the 811 Stakeholder's that regularly provide input to revisions of the WA dig law.
