John Kappler
President
Since Architectural Innovations, P.S. founding in 1987, John has been involved with creating homes for more than thirty thousand families. John currently serves as an elected official in the City of Kirkland and is currently the Vice Chair of the Houghton Community Council, where he purviews over land use regulations. Along with his experience developing property and building homes, John has taught the Construction Management program at Edmonds Community College and has sat on the advisory board for Lake Washington Technical College. This diversification has allowed him better understanding of the demands placed on architects, builders, and homeowners today.
Ben Kappler
Director of Operations
After graduating from Washington State University, Ben worked in the startup world getting companies off the ground and to market. Growing up in the builder world he decided it was time to come home. He joined the Architectural Innovations, P.S. team in 2018 to start some new projects inside the office as well as help with the operational side of things.
