Bellevue Goes Paperless for All Projects

As of August 6, 2019, the city of Bellevue is requiring all land use and shoreline applications to be submitted through All building, fire, utilities, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sign, right of way, wireless, and clearing and grading permit applications must also be submitted online at

This is a major milestone and the final piece for the city on its journey of achieving 100% paperless permitting in 2019. The city is no longer accepting paper applications and plans for any permit type.
