After much debate, Snoqualmie City Council adopted the $49 million 2020–2025 Non-Utilities Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) that covers 27 capital projects or programs, including:

  • 11 park projects or programs totaling $11 million
  • 14 transportation projects or programs totaling $24 million
  • $13 million for facilities

The CIP has three main goals, including providing an economic base that supports approved long-range city revenue goals, proactively maintaining and sustainably replacing needed city infrastructure that meets current and future goals, and providing and protecting services, spaces, facilities, and events that enhance residents’ quality of life.
