Everett Receives $100,000 from Commerce for City-Wide Housing Action Plan

The City of Everett will receive a $100,000 grant from the Department of Commerce to prepare a Housing Action Plan as referenced in ESHB1923. The grant will fund a variety of specific amendments to existing land use regulations to allow for greater housing variety and opportunities in Everett. The scope of work includes the Rethink Housing Plan to serve as a policy framework and workplan to encourage affordable and market rate housing, a TOD Housing Action Plan, and a Housing Displacement Strategy.  View the scope of work and timeline for actions.
