Ordinance 20-018 makes certain code clarifications regarding site-specific rezones, written broadly enough to will allow applicants flexibility to present the change of circumstance they feel justifies their proposal.

Ordinance 20-019 makes several positive code changes. Planned Residential Developments (PRDs) nine units and fewer now become Type I decisions, allowing them to skip the public hearing process and be processed similarly to short plats. The ordinance also makes several changes to the appeal process to eliminate certain abuses and process delays sometimes undertaken by appellants.
