Ordinance 22-014 related to residential development in Business Park zones was unanimously adopted by the Snohomish County Council this week. The Use Matrix is updated to allow single family dwelling units, cottage housing, duplexes, multiple family and townhomes. Specific requirements for development include that the site must be a minimum of 25 contiguous acres under the same ownership or control, the BP zoning on the site must have been in effect prior to the effective date of the ordinance. The County Executive is also expected to sign this measure.
