This fall Snohomish County will make available its first draft of the important Housing Characteristics and Needs Report. The report is being prepared in conjunction with the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update. The report will give relevant and up to date information on current and projected future demands for housing. Topic areas of the report will include: duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, fiveplexes, sixplexes, townhouses, courtyard apartments, cottage housing and stacked flats.
