This week, the Tukwila Council resolved its annual fee schedule adjustment, principally to keep up with the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The cost of construction permits, plan review fees, inspection fees, ADU applications, and other flat fee permits will rise 8.5% in 2023 and 7% in 2024. These changes will take effect January 1, 2023. The full fee schedule can be found here, starting at page 178 of the packet.
