The city of Duvall has set its annual fee schedule adjustment, principally to keep up with the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The cost of building permits, clear and grade fees, right of way use fees and other land use fees will increase by 7.83%, while park and traffic impact fees will increase 6.21%. The city is also making changes to the billable hours rates of various city staff and reducing school impact fees by $1,623 and $676 for single family and multi-family residential units, respectively.
