The Tukwila Council has approved the City’s annual update to park and fire impact fees, raising fees for single and multifamily residential units by just under 4% to mitigate the impact of inflation. The provision also includes language that exempts ADUs from fire and park impact fees and includes a 6% discount on fire impact fees for sprinklered single family homes.
