This week Federal Way City Council unanimously adopted a batch of amendments aimed to clean-up the Code and improve the permitting process. Among the various code clean-up items, the package includes a SEPA exemption for infill development in the City Center consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and increasing SEPA categorical exemptions to 30 SF/60 MF, as well as administrative approval for plat alterations and final plats.
