In its final October meeting, the Auburn Council approved new fee schedules for land use permit applications, clearing and grading permits, building permit fees, engineering review, and fire and transportation impact fees. Most fees, including land use applications, SEPA reviews, and variance requests, are increasing by approximately 3% in 2024. You can view the entire fee schedule here. All fee amounts shown will take effect January 1, 2024.

The city also approved new fire permit fees levied by the Valley Regional Fire Authority. You can view the new fee amounts for the VRFA here.
