Roundtable Discussion on Middle Housing
Join us for this Affordable Housing Week event to learn more about middle housing implementation.
The new middle housing state law, HB 1110, promises to deliver more affordable housing choices-- ranging from duplexes and triplexes to townhouses and courtyard apartments--closer to transit and urban amenities. What role will middle housing play in helping to address our region’s housing shortage? What policy choices are cities facing as HB 1110 implementation gets underway? How can our communities more fully realize the benefits of middle housing?
This in-person roundtable discussion, presented by Coalition for More Housing Choices, will look at the opportunities created by the new law and how lowering barriers to middle housing can help current residents, newcomers, and future generations find a place to call home.
