Rampathon
Giving our neighbors the freedom to move about
Each year, MBAKS members and community volunteers head to homes throughout King and Snohomish counties to build wheelchair access ramps. For free. Because our neighbors in need deserve the same freedoms we have.
Since 1993, our members have provided more than 500 ramps. These ramps provide a much-needed benefit for individuals and families who struggle to get themselves or their loved ones safely in and out of their homes.
Applications
Applications to be considered for a free wheelchair ramp will open January 2020.
Volunteering
Rampathon is an experience that changes everyone involved. The ability to positively change someone’s life in one day is an incredible experience.
