Ali Wolf

Director of Economic Research, Meyers Research LLC

As head of the Economics Department, Ali manages and analyzes content for Zonda, provides data analytics, runs special research projects, and presents across the country on topics spanning both the housing market and the wider economy. Ali’s specialty is understanding millennials. Prior to joining Meyers, Ali headed macro, regional, and metro-level monthly economic reports at John Burns Real Estate Consulting and was a researcher for the Canadian and UK Parliaments. Ali holds a Bachelor’s from The Ohio State University in Economics and a Master’s from the London School of Economics in Real Estate Economics and Finance.

Josh Brown

Executive Director, Puget Sound Regional Council

As executive director for the Puget Sound Regional Council, Josh Brown works to support a thriving central Puget Sound region through planning for growth, transportation, and economic development. Prior to PSRC, Josh served as Kitsap county commissioner, PSRC president, and worked as a commercial real estate broker. Josh holds a degree focused on city and regional planning from UC Berkeley.
