Director, Seattle Department of Transportation The newly appointed director of SDOT, Zimbabwe previously served as chief project-delivery officer with the DC Department of Transportation. In that role, Zimbabwe oversaw projects including a streetcar, bike sharing, a new bridge, and creating safer, pedestrian-friendly streets. He describes his vision for Seattle's transportation system as “safe, equitable, and multi-modal."
