Shelli Lucus-Kennedy has been a member of MBAKS and BIAW for over 25 years. In 2009, Shelli served as Board Secretary. As an experienced retail broker and current owner of Insurance Risk Services, she works with brokers to place appropriate coverage as an owners’ representative. Her firm also provides tailored services including consulting, OCIP administration, contract and policy reviews, subcontractor certificate management, claims management, and bonding assistance. Shelli is a dedicated volunteer and focuses her attention on advocacy and legislative issues, education, and vetting insurance programs for the building industry. She is also a longtime Rampathon volunteer and has a huge heart for animal welfare.
