Knowing about an injury when it happens, and truly understanding what happened, is paramount in keeping control of your claims and preventing similar injuries from occurring in the future. The sooner you know about a claim, the sooner you can start working to control costs.  During this training ERNwest's claim staff will talk about how simple it is to implement an injury reporting and return-to-work  processes into your business and what information ERNwest needs to help reduce the cost and duration of your claims at L&I.
