The Developer Builder Issues Council is the strategic lobbying arm for regulatory issues in Snohomish County and its local municipalities. Members are invited to participate in roundtable discussions on local issues affecting day-to-day business and stay in the know with weekly newsletters.

  • Snohomish City Council Votes 4-3 to Decline MFTE Expansion

    This week, the Snohomish City Council held a public hearing on and declined by a vote of 4-3 the designation of the Midtown District as a residential targeted area as well as updates to its multifamily tax exemption (MFTE) program to require more affordable units (10% for 8-year and 25% for 12-year).
