MBAKS is warning members to be on heightened alert for increasingly sophisticated phishing and wire fraud scams targeting builders, developers, and permit applicants throughout our region.

The September median sales price for single-family homes and condos held steady year-over-year at $850,000 in King County and $720,000 in Snohomish County.
