STORMWATERONE ONLINE TRAININGS
In partnership with StormwaterONE, Master Builders of King and Snohomish Counties is keeping you up to date on everything you need to know regarding standards set forth by the WA Department of Ecology's Water Quality Program. We have a variety of online courses available, including:

Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead Recertification
Every site disturbing one or more acres of land or part of a larger common plan of development MUST have a CESCL on site to monitor stormwater using Best Management Practices (BMPs). This one-day online CESCL recertification class is recognized by the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology).
This course will cover:
- Impacts to water quality
- Reporting and record keeping requirements of the permit
- Up to date erosion and sediment control techniques
- Best Management Practices (BMPs)
CESCL certifications are valid for three years. You have a six month grace period after the expiration of your CESCL; beyond that, you must take the initial training again.
Occupational Safety and Health Courses
OSHA recommends training courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1926. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job. In addition to learning about safety and health hazards in the workplace, students will learn about OSHA, employer responsibilities, and worker rights.
Students will also learn about:
- Hazard recognition
Please allow three business days for processing after registration. Login credentials will be emailed to you. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHA course completion card within 6-8 weeks.
The OSHA 10-hour class is intended for entry-level workers and is designed to provide workers with broad awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards in the workplace. Students will be introduced to safety and health principles and work practices covered in the OSHA 29 CFR 1910.

The OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Outreach Training course is a comprehensive safety training program designed for anyone involved in general industry and is appropriate for workers with some safety responsibility. Specifically designed for safety directors, foremen, and supervisors, the program provides complete information on OSHA compliance issues.
