October Builders Bulletin: Median sales prices remain flat

The September median sales price for single-family homes and condos held steady year-over-year at $850,000 in King County and $720,000 in Snohomish County, as reported by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. Meanwhile, the inventory of homes for sale continued to move higher last month. In August, Seattle’s unemployment rate lowered to 4.9%, down from 5.1% the previous month.
